The ideal candidate brings experience in HUB services or patient support programs, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining compliance and patient-centered care.

• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, turnaround times, and team performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability.
• Oversee patient access activities involving benefit verification, prior authorizations, reimbursement support, copay assistance, and case coordination.
• Identify workflow challenges, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to address operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused environment while balancing priorities.

We are partnering with a growing healthcare services organization that provides outsourced operational support to healthcare and life sciences companies to identify an experienced Operations Supervisor.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings experience supervising teams within pharmaceutical HUB services, patient access, or manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight for a team of health services professionals.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, turnaround times, and overall team performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and consistent performance.
• Oversee patient access activities involving benefit verification, prior authorizations, reimbursement support, copay assistance, and case coordination.
• Identify workflow challenges, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to address operational needs and support service delivery objectives.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, documentation standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Maintain a collaborative, patient-focused environment while balancing competing operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience within pharmaceutical HUB services, manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs, patient access, or a closely related healthcare services environment.
• Previous experience supervising or leading case managers, patient services representatives, reimbursement specialists, or similar teams.
• Strong understanding of benefit verification, prior authorizations, copay assistance, reimbursement processes, and specialty medication access.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee performance, prioritize competing demands, and resolve operational issues.
• Experience monitoring productivity, quality metrics, and service-level expectations.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and accommodate scheduling needs within an extended operating window.
