Job summary

Centerstone in Bradenton, FL, seeks an experienced leader to provide operational and clinical direction for outpatient services, ensuring timely access, high-quality evidence-based care, strong client experience, and achievement of performance targets.

You will supervise outpatient locations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive workforce development, quality improvement, and service integration across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or behavioral health field that meets professional and payer requirements.
• Minimum of four years of behavioral health service experience, including direct clinical service.
• At least two years of supervisory/management/leadership responsibility in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate outpatient services to meet clinical, access, financial, and program targets.
• Provide leadership for outpatient locations, including access, referrals, productivity, staffing, and client experience.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans when targets are not met.
• Coach and develop outpatient supervisors and staff, with regular feedback and accountability.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning for outpatient services.
