• Develop and oversee standards compliance for outpatient clinics.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance and implement policies.
• Develop and manage annual clinic budget and monitor variances.
• Maintain revenue cycle and other systems to maximize revenue.
• Drive efficiency and quality initiatives in clinic operations.
• Coordinate patient access, flow and scheduling with physician leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan long-range clinic operations.
