The role connects player behaviour, program performance, and business insights to identify opportunities that strengthen engagement and improve the loyalty offering.

Working with Analytics, Finance, and Loyalty Operations, you will turn complex data into actionable recommendations, help bring program enhancements to life, and balance player value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loyalty programs, rewards, program operations, or consumer analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to query and validate data.
• Understanding of loyalty program economics, performance measurement, and experimentation.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve analytical efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders.
• Regulated gaming industry familiarity and potential licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of DraftKings Rewards, program tiers, earning/redemption mechanics, milestones, and benefits.
• Track program health using KPIs and partner with Analytics to validate data and reporting.
• Analyze player behavior and program performance to identify improvements and measure impact.
• Assess reward costs and program economics with Finance and Analytics to balance value and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of loyalty enhancements, testing, launches, and issue resolution.
• Build data-backed business cases for loyalty innovations and prioritise investments.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and documentation while ensuring data integrity.
