Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, campaign operations, growth, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, game launches, or similar workflows from setup through completion.
• Strong attention to detail when handling numbers, timelines, audiences, terms and launch requirements.
• Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved programs from build through launch, ongoing monitoring, and closeout, keeping deliverables aligned with stakeholders.
• Configure offers and campaign requirements, and perform pre-launch QA for audiences, terms, timing, and specs.
• Maintain the operating calendar across launches, game builds, offers, and performance reporting dates.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer requirements before launch.
• Monitor live programs for delivery, costs, data completeness, and operations, escalating with context and next steps.
• Track and report key revenue and sales metrics, including week-over-week and forecast comparisons.
• Document and improve repeatable processes across builds, QA, monitoring, and reporting; identify automation opportunities.
