Job summary

DraftKings is hiring a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations to translate promotion plans into well-executed programs that drive our Lottery business forward. You will coordinate launches from build through completion, aligning timelines, offers, customer communications, and performance data to keep programs on track.

Your work will bring consistency and precision to how we execute, measure, and improve promotions while partnering with CRM and Marketing to align audiences and terms before launch.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations or related field.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, or launches from setup through completion.
• Strong attention to detail with numerical data, timelines, audiences, terms.
• Experience using reporting and data to monitor performance and escalate issues.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Comfort with BI, spreadsheets, workflow, and data activation tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs from build to launch, monitoring, and closeout with aligned deliverables.
• Configure offers and campaign requirements, and complete pre-launch QA for audiences and terms.
• Maintain the operating calendar across launches, updates, and reporting dates.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing to align audiences, messaging, terms, timing and offers.
• Monitor live programs for delivery, costs, data completeness, and performance; escalate with context.
• Track revenue and sales metrics, including week-over-week and forecasts.
• Document and improve repeatable processes and automate workflows.
