Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, SQL, Access and other data management systems.
• Monitoring metrics, analyze data and partner with internal teams to identify improvements.
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions for stakeholders to manage the business.
• Supporting cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution of the program.
• Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
• Managing a team of individuals.
• Researching and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
