Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior program/PM role to identify, develop and integrate innovative solutions for last mile delivery efficiency. You will lead the development and execution of global transportation initiatives, leveraging data mining and modeling to drive improvements across the network.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and experience turning concepts into executable programs, with direct impact on capacity and cost

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
• 2+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor's degree and advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Responsibilities

• Build strategic labor planning models and manage labor/scheduling resources for the network
• Build analytics and data pipelines to enable optimization and predictive science
• Communicate capacity needs from the flexible labor pool to leaders
• Integrate labor planning with labor orders and staffing partners
• Partner with operations and leaders to address escalations in labor scheduling
• Design and implement reporting solutions to enable data-driven decisions
• Own ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business conclusions
• Ensure data integrity, test design, analysis, validation and documentation
