Job summary

Fcstn is seeking a part-time instructional assistant for a 180-day term (4-5 hours daily) to support student achievement in Franklin County Schools. Responsibilities include administering, analyzing, and recording assessment data and delivering targeted small-group instruction.

The role collaborates with RTI coordinators and teachers, documents student progress (including attendance and use of Exact Path), and participates in required trainings.

Qualifications

• Administer, analyze, and record achievement data from assessments.
• Work with students in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Tutor students scoring approaching on TCAP.
• Collaborate with RTI Coordinator/Teacher/Interventionist.
• Document progress including attendance and Exact Path usage.
• Follow the principal's schedule for small-group time.
• Attend training sessions on materials.
• No outside duties.

Responsibilities
