• Differentiate instruction and interventions to meet individual needs, develop lesson plans, and review data.
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions with guidance from the Intervention Coordinator.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student achievement and maintain confidentiality.
