Job summary

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking an HR Data & Compliance Specialist for a site in Bagdad, AZ. You will serve as the subject matter expert for workplace health programs, drive retention through analytics, and lead site-wide compliance and leadership training in a hybrid on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have a BA/HR-related degree or equivalent experience, strong data skills, and a track record of confidentially handling employee relations and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and interpretation of metrics to guide HR decisions.
• Experience managing confidential employee relations and compliance programs.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-level Drug & Alcohol compliance program with leadership and HR input.
• Lead retention initiatives through stay/exit interviews and analytics.
• Coordinate site-wide HR compliance training and leadership development with local staff.
• Oversee HR reporting metrics on retention, training compliance, and outcomes.
• Support investigations, change management, and employee engagement under HR leadership.
