DATAMARK, INC in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Analyst to ensure our HR policies, records, and systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Operations to maintain accurate data and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least seven years of HR experience, hands-on HRIS know-how (UKG preferred), and a strong grasp of federal and state employment regulations.

Qualificações

• Seven years in the Human Resources field or related field.
