Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. seeks an HR professional to manage the Drug & Alcohol program, lead retention efforts, and coordinate training initiatives at the Bagdad, Arizona site. The role requires data-driven decisions, strong communication, and adherence to policy in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with site leadership and HR teams to analyze data, drive improvements, and support compliance-based investigations while delivering accurate HR reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum HR related education with professional experience.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions within policy guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Drug & Alcohol program with stakeholders and ensure legal requirements are followed.
• Lead retention efforts by conducting exit and stay interviews and analyzing data.
• Coordinate HR compliance training and leadership training initiatives.
• Act as D&A expert and participate in arbitration and appeals processes.
• Deliver site HR reporting on training, retention, and D&A outcomes.
• Lead HR improvement projects and support change management and coaching.
• Assist investigations and support employment/compliance-based inquiries.
• Perform other duties as requested.
