Responsibilities include partnering with site leadership on D&A decisions, driving retention through interviews, and delivering HR reporting. The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR and 4 years of experience, with a hybrid in-person work arrangement in

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 4 years of HR experience, or an Associate’s with 2 years, or a Bachelor’s in HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site Drug & Alcohol (D&A) program in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership on D&A employment decisions.
• Lead retention efforts via exit and stay interviews.
• Partner with Corporate Analytics to analyze data and present findings.
• Lead HR compliance and leadership training initiatives.
• Serve as D&A expert in legal processes and policy decisions.
• Deliver HR reporting on training, retention, and D&A outcomes.
• Lead HR improvement projects and change management.
