Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking an HR Data & Compliance Specialist for a site in Bagdad, AZ. You will serve as the subject matter expert for workplace health programs, drive retention through analytics, and lead site-wide compliance and leadership training in a hybrid on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have a BA/HR-related degree or equivalent experience, strong data skills, and a track record of confidentially handling employee relations and policy implementation.

Salary: $58,000 – $73,000 per year (eligible for additional incentive bonuses)

In this position, you will serve as the site’s subject matter expert for workplace health programs, lead employee retention strategies through data analytics, and drive site‑wide compliance and leadership training programs. It offers an exciting balance of hands‑on employee relations, project facilitation, and strategic HR reporting in a collaborative industrial setting.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Managing and administering the site-level Drug & Alcohol compliance program while collaborating with leadership and HR management on policy‑related decision‑making
• Leading retention initiatives by conducting stay and exit interviews, partnering with corporate analytics teams to interpret complex metrics, and recommending proactive organizational changes
• Coordinating and facilitating site‑wide HR compliance training and leadership development programs alongside local HR staff
• Overseeing site HR reporting metrics related to workforce retention, training compliance, and occupational program outcomes
• Supporting workplace compliance investigations, change management initiatives, and employee engagement efforts under the direction of HR leadership

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Professional Human Resources background supported by an applicable education path (Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field; OR Associate degree + 2 years of HR experience; OR High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of HR experience)
• Proven ability to make data-supported decisions and manage sensitive employee relations/compliance programs with confidentiality and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration and creative problem‑solving
• Demonstrated adaptability, time management, and self‑starter initiative in a fast‑paced or evolving operational environment
• Ability to work on‑site at the Bagdad, AZ facility up to 2–3 days per week as part of the hybrid operational schedule
