Job summary

You will coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations, Shipping, and Finance to ensure order accuracy and timely communication, with growth opportunities into broader customer service roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
• Strong typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter and maintain customer information, pricing, part numbers, PO and order-related data in ERP/CRM.
• Process customer orders from entry through delivery with accurate pricing and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations, Shipping, and Finance to support commitments.
• Support data audits, RMAs, and customer inquiries; escalate issues as needed.
