Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a manufacturing environment in the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, processing orders, confirming details, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of manufacturing customer service experience, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Coursework in Business, Customer Service, or Operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry applications
• ERP system experience required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Process customer orders, revisions, cancellations, and order acknowledgements
• Verify pricing, specifications, inventory availability, and order details
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and expedited requests
• Maintain customer information, pricing, and order records within the ERP system
• Manage customer inventory programs, replenishment schedules, and online customer portals
• Generate reports, quotations, and documentation related to customer activity
• Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to leadership
• Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and other internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Provide administrative support and resolve customer concerns professionally
