Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in compensation, salary structures, job evaluation, or related HR functions.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and basic PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with market analysis and salary surveys.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation data including salary survey information and market data.
- Conduct job evaluations and assist with job descriptions development and maintenance.
- Support salary reviews, promotions, compensation adjustments, and related pay analysis.
- Research market trends and industry compensation practices to support competitive pay decisions.
- Prepare compensation reports, organizational charts, and management presentations.
- Maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and related systems to ensure compliance.
