Alcanza is a growing clinical research company with multiple sites across the United States. We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support design and administration of compensation programs that align with our business objectives.

You will analyze market data, support salary review cycles, maintain job codes/descriptions, evaluate jobs and exemption criteria, and ensure practices comply with applicable wage and hour laws across federal, state, and Puerto Rico requirements.

• Prepare and analyze compensation/market data to support salary decisions.
• Support salary review processes and maintain job codes and descriptions.
• Evaluate jobs and exemption criteria and maintain salary structures.
• Ensure compensation practices are applied consistently and compliant with wage and hour requirements.

The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and maintenance of competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation programs that align with the company’s business objectives and talent strategy. The position is responsible for preparing and analyzing compensation/market data, supporting salary review processes, maintaining job codes and descriptions, evaluating jobs and exemption criteria, maintaining salary structures, and ensuring compensation practices are applied consistently, supported by accurate data, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and Puerto Rico wage and hour requirements.
