Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, or related field.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in technology management or educational technology.
- Experience with advising technology platforms (e.g., Slate, Navigate, Degree Works).
- Experience in student services or a postsecondary educational environment.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Advise a caseload of students including at-risk individuals.
- Lead strategy for advising and student success technologies.
- Monitor Charger Center labs to ensure hardware/software functions.
- Develop and deliver training on advising and student success tools.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and admins to coordinate initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and data privacy standards.
