Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Engineering, BI, Analytics, or Reporting.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI with executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and data storytelling.
• Strong experience with SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience connecting disparate data sources including APIs, databases, spreadsheets, BI platforms, and manual reporting processes.
• Ability to develop executive-ready analytics that communicate trends, bottlenecks, risks, and transformation progress to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and analytics solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including BI tools, APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and manual reporting systems.
• Build and maintain data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze Agile, engineering, AI, and product development metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create executive-ready visualizations suitable for leadership presentations and strategy reviews.
• Leverage REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, JSON/XML, JDBC/ODBC, webhooks, and other connectivity tools to consolidate disparate data sources.
• Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis, and performance measurement activities.
• Translate technical metrics and operational data into business-focused narratives and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Strategy, and Transformation teams to define measurement standards and success metrics.
• Drive reporting excellence and establish best practices for data governance, reporting consistency, and insight generation.
• Operate independently and proactively identify opportunities to improve visibility into organizational performance.

Job Summary

The role focuses on creating a unified reporting ecosystem by integrating data from multiple sources and transforming that data into meaningful executive insights.

The ideal candidate will leverage strong data engineering, analytics, and storytelling skills to identify trends, root causes, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. This is not a traditional dashboard development position. The successful candidate must independently drive insights, establish reporting frameworks, and craft compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and analytics solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including BI tools, APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and manual reporting systems.
