Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven life sciences SaaS company seeking a Manager of Solution Consulting to drive adoption of Veeva Data Cloud through pre‑sales engagements. You will work with Compass and HCP 360 data products to demonstrate value, lead data assessments, and educate customers on segmentation, forecasting, and field execution.

You will travel as needed and partner with account teams. The role blends deep data expertise with consultative selling and project leadership to influence

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare data and/or analytics experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Experience working with commercial teams in life sciences and managing client engagements.
• A demonstrated ability to engage all levels of client organizations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL and to manage analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to expert on Veeva Compass and HCP Access and articulate value propositions.
• Design and deliver custom data assessments and product demonstrations for key use cases.
• Contribute to pre-sales framework, methodologies, and templates for consistency.
• Manage multiple analytics projects with on-time delivery.
• Lead thought leadership to shape market narratives and educate customers.
• Collect market feedback to influence product roadmap and respond to RFPs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts as a trusted advisor.
