Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS leader in life sciences. The Senior Consultant will design and implement Veeva Network MDM, delivering a single source of truth for doctors, hospitals, and partners across sources.

You will serve as lead solution architect, guide projects with clients, and manage a small internal team of technical specialists to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or similar master data management systems.
• Solid understanding of data integration tools, including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
• Experience with structured project timelines (Agile/Scrum) and managing tasks.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills; comfortable leading meetings and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% for client meetings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Projects: Manage software implementation projects for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Design Data Solutions: Set up the platform to track professionals, organizations, and product data; unify data sources.
• Connect Systems: Integrate Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM for accurate client profiles.
• Configure Portals and Widgets: Create dashboards and widgets for easy data access by business users.
• Advise Stakeholders: Run workshops and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Improve the Team: Train junior consultants and create reusable templates for faster future implementations.
