Job summary

The Data Clerk at Amity Foundation will enter and manage data in the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the ISUDTP program of our in-prison facilities. This role focuses on accurate data entry, attendance tracking, and generating essential ARMS reports to support program operations.

Required: a high school diploma and at least one year in data entry or administrative support. Preferred: experience with ARMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in data entry or administrative support.
• Experience with ARMS database is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate data into ARMS for ISUDTP.
• Record daily attendance and track intakes/discharges.
• Generate ARMS reports and assist with data procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.
