Job summary

Amity Foundation is seeking a Data Clerk to support ARMS data entry for the ISUDTP program, including attendance, intake/discharge tracking, and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, data validation, and collaboration with program staff to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and be comfortable working with the ARMS database; prior ARMS experience is preferred and beneficial for daily operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ARMS database preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record daily participant attendance data within ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison).
• Collect, validate, enter and/or scan information into ARMS.
• Generate ARMS reports.
• Assist with program completion process.
• Submit data errors to the Program Director for correction.
• Track participant intakes and discharges.
• Assist in developing local data entry procedures.
• Provide ARMS support to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
