Job summary

Amity Foundation is seeking a Data Clerk to enter data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the ISUDTP. You will track attendance, collect information, and generate ARMS reports to support the program.

The role involves supporting staff, following data policies, and assisting with program completion. A high school diploma is required, with preferred ARMS experience and benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Experience with ARMS database.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily participant attendance data into ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison).
• Collect, validate, and enter data into ARMS; scan documents as needed.
• Generate ARMS reports and assist in program completion processes.
• Track participant intakes and discharges; develop local data entry procedures.
• Provide ARMS support to staff; perform other duties as assigned.
