Job summary

Amity Foundation in Vacaville, CA, is seeking a Data Clerk to enter data into the ARMS system within the ISUDTP. This entry-level role supports daily attendance tracking, intake/discharge records, and report generation to aid program operations and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, attention to detail, and willingness to learn ARMS. This on-site, non-exempt position offers competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits.

• Record daily participant attendance data within ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison) touchpoint.
• Collect, validate, and enter and/or scan information into ARMS.
• Generate ARMS reports.
• Assist with program completion process.
• Submit data errors to the Program Director/Associate Program Director for correction.
• Track participant intakes and discharges.
• Assist in development of local data entry procedures.
• Provide ARMS support to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Position:

The Data Clerk is responsible for entry of all data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP). This position is responsible for the operational aspects of tracking and entering data and following the policies and procedures associated with these activities.
