Job summary

Amity Foundation seeks a Data Clerk to enter data into the Automated Reentry Management System (ARMS) within the ISUDTP program at in-prison facilities. You will handle daily service data, maintain accurate records, and ensure data security in line with CDCR policies.

The role emphasizes adherence to data sharing agreements, reporting duties, and proposing improvements for data processes within a rehabilitation-focused program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role an asset.
• Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical and social effects of drug abuse.
• Knowledge of ISUDTP Data Management functions and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry pertaining to services at ISUDTP.
• Accurate and timely entry of service data.
• Ensure data security as outlined in ARMS Data Sharing Agreement.
• Adhere to policies and procedures ensuring data integrity and security.
• Prepare and maintain daily register of participant participation and weekly/monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
