Job summary

Amity Foundation, an internationally acclaimed Teaching and Therapeutic Community, is seeking a Data Clerk to join our ISUDTP in-prison facilities. The position involves entering data into ARMS and supporting program staff in a secure environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of data entry or admin experience; familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Access is helpful. We offer competitive benefits and a mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a data entry or administrative support role.
• Preferred: experience with ARMS database.

Responsibilities

• Record daily participant attendance data in ARMS Session Attendance (In-Prison) touchpoint.
• Collect, validate, and enter and/or scan information into ARMS.
• Generate ARMS reports.
• Assist with program completion process.
• Submit data errors to the Program Director/Associate Program Director for correction.
• Track participant intakes and discharges.
• Assist in developing local data entry procedures.
• Provide ARMS support to staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
