Qualifications

• Minimum relevant degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
• Experience as a Mechanical Estimator on data centre or large-scale infra projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Estimating software and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and conduct detailed take-offs for mechanical systems.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and ensure all components are accounted for.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
• Attend project meetings to discuss estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Update and maintain estimating databases and tools to reflect current market conditions.
• Provide support to project teams during the pre-construction and construction phases.
