Appleton Finn is seeking a hands-on MEP Estimator to join its Data Center Preconstruction team in North America, supporting mission-critical projects across the U.S. and Canada.

You will perform take-offs, prepare price estimates, engage subcontractors, and drive bid packages on complex data center scopes. Qualifications

• 2–8 years of Mechanical estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Experience producing quantity take-offs and competitive estimates
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center experience preferred
• Ambitious and looking to progress career within a high-growth business
