Job summary

The role focuses on originating opportunities and building strategic relationships with key decision-makers to position Gradiant early in project lifecycles.

You will lead commercial discussions, map stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams to shape solutions for hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, and EPCs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, origination, or commercial roles.
• Solid understanding of the data centre ecosystem and how projects are initiated and developed.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities early and build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and networking skills.
• Experience in water or wastewater treatment is preferred, particularly in industrial or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and originate new opportunities across hyperscalers, colocation providers, developers, and EPCs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the data centre ecosystem.
• Develop early-stage engagement strategies to position Gradiant in upcoming projects.
• Map stakeholders, track project pipelines, and create visibility on emerging opportunities.
• Initiate and lead commercial discussions, working closely with internal teams to shape solutions.
• Represent Gradiant in industry forums, events, and client engagements to expand market presence.
