Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area / Remote position seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our data center thermal management business across North America.

You will build strategic relationships with hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure companies, OEM partners, system integrators, and operators, turning early engagement into commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center, electronics, thermal management, or related infrastructure industry.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in North America.
• Direct experience selling data center thermal management, liquid cooling, cold plates, heat exchangers, cooling systems, or related solutions.
• Strong understanding of data center cooling technologies and differences between liquid and air cooling.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and build opportunities from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the North American data center and AI infrastructure market.
• Identify and engage hyperscalers, OEMs, system integrators, data center operators, and strategic customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new accounts, projects, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead full BD cycle from prospecting to technical discussions, negotiations, and project closure.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Identify expansion opportunities, new programs, product upgrades, and additional applications.
• Promote thermal management solutions for data center and HPC applications.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable commercial opportunities.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
