Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions LLC seeks an experienced Product Line Manager to drive growth and profitability across data center, server, networking, and related hardware markets. You will own product line performance, collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, and lead cost-reduction and margin initiatives while guiding strategic portfolio decisions.

The role requires strength in product management, manufacturing operations, and financial analysis, with travel up to 50%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field.
7–10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Operations, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with high-speed interconnect, connectors, cable solutions, power connectivity, electronic components, or related hardware products.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain to develop and maintain product forecasts.
Analyze demand trends and capacity to align customer requirements with production capabilities.
Identify risks related to material availability, capacity, and demand fluctuations; develop mitigation strategies.
Support S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
Translate operational and financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
