Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions seeks a seasoned pre-sales engineer to back overseas data center accounts, collaborating with KAMs to drive major opportunities and projects.

You will develop deep customer requirements, propose solutions, and guide product selection, while coordinating with product, R&D, delivery and after-sales teams. English is required, and willingness to travel internationally is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Electrical, or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience in data centers or cooling industries.
• Experience with hyperscale, colo, AI infra, EPC, or large integrators preferred.
• Understanding data center cooling systems, high-density computing, and liquid cooling.
• Strong customer development, negotiation, and project execution skills.
• English proficiency for cross-regional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for key overseas data center accounts, partnering with KAMs to advance major customers, projects, and opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and support technical communication, solution matching, product selection, configuration recommendations, and clarification.
• Provide technical support for primary-side and secondary-side cooling products (chillers, air-cooled solutions, liquid cooling CDUs, fan walls, precision air conditioning).
• Participate in customer presentations, bid support, technical proposals, Q&A sessions, and coordination with consultants and EPC partners.
• Understand core data center requirements related to power density, redundancy, energy efficiency, liquid/air cooling ratios, and reliability.
• Coordinate with product, R&D, delivery, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth collaboration from pre-sales to project execution.
• Summarize standard solutions, typical application cases, and competitor intelligence to support platform expansion.
