Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Construction Delivery Project Manager for Tenant Fit Out to lead planning, execution, and delivery across the QTS portfolio. The role partners with Solutions Engineering, Development, Procurement, and Operations to define scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery from pre-construction through turnover.

The position may be filled at PM1, PMII, or PMIII depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, data centers, or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with contract types, negotiation, and risk management.
• US Citizenship required for federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-site tenant fit-out projects derived from hyperscale requirements.
• Develop project budgets and schedules with construction managers and data center teams.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards across active construction sites.
• Identify long-lead and critical-path items to influence scope and decisions.
• Coordinate with customers, design teams, contractors, and operations to align scope, schedule, and safety.
