Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Technician II for Data Center Services to support both physical and virtual infrastructure and to drive best practices across facilities. You will perform MACs, label hardware, troubleshoot, manage assets, document processes, and ensure security and safety in the data center.

The role requires hands-on hardware and network knowledge, ability to work at heights, and strong communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years minimum data center experience.
• Two active industry certifications required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduled data center MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes).
• Perform hardware installation MACs including labeling, power, and network cabling.
