Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Data Center Technician II to lead advanced installation and deployment activities in data center environments, including colocation and hyperscale sites. You will interpret engineered drawings, own installation QA/QC, and guide less experienced technicians while supporting new builds and MACD projects.

Responsibilities include rack and cabling work, fiber testing, labeling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of data center installation experience.
• Experience performing full row installations and QA/QC activities.
• Experience in colocation or hyperscale environments preferred.
• OSHA 10 Construction Training Card and First Aid/ CPR certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Install and align server cabinets, racks, and containment systems
• Perform full row installations and validate layouts
• Terminate copper, coax, and fiber cabling per standards
• Install patch panels, enclosures, DC loop systems
• Maintain QA/QC, punch lists, and as-built documentation
• Mentor Technician I team members
• Travel to job sites, including overnight stays
• Complete timecards and administrative records
