Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. seeks a Data Center Technician II to join the operations team in a fast-paced data center environment. You will handle end-to-end ticketing, install and test circuits, and assist with remote hands requests from inception to resolution.

The role requires experience in data centers, strong communication, and adherence to security standards. You will support facility cleanliness, inventory, and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in NOC/SOC/IOC or data center environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a data center.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer relationships; respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Complete installation, testing and closeout of new orders and hardware.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues and alarms with DataBank infrastructure.
• Perform security walkthroughs and enforce DataBank security standards.
• Maintain inventory and keep timesheets accurate and timely.
