Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Data Center Technician I to support end-user services via phone, email, and on-site interactions. You will manage trouble tickets, assist with circuit installations, and monitor critical systems to ensure uptime.

A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced data‑center environment are essential. Based in Dallas area, you will join the Operations Team, uphold security procedures, and help maintain inventory and cabling standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in NOC/SOC/IOC or data center operations preferred.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure (Generators, UPS, HVAC, DC Plant).
• Proficient in Windows operating systems (PC/server).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective customer relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with installs, testing, and close out of customer orders and related hardware/software support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data center infrastructure and escalate to on-call staff as needed.
• Perform security walkthroughs and enforce facility security standards.
• Track time on tasks and tickets, ensuring timely completion of activities.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and keep the site tour-ready at all times.
• Follow DataBank cabling standards and help manage inventory of tools and devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
