Job summary

You will handle trouble tickets, monitor critical systems, and collaborate with the Operations Team to meet security standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years data center/NOC/SOC/IOC experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Install, test, and close out new customer orders; manage tickets and orders.
• Monitor systems and escalate to on-call staff as needed.
• Conduct security walkthroughs and enforce site access procedures.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and inventory of tools and equipment.
• Support vendor maintenance activities and compliance with security standards.
• Assist other departments with audits and tours.
• Adhere to cabling standards and maintain facility cleanliness; participate in on-call rotation.
