Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems or computer/server hardware or networking protocols.
• Experience performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on IT equipment or in similar roles.
• 2+ years diagnosing and troubleshooting in data center or network operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or functions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment or infrastructure issues following standard data center procedures.
• Ensure data security and integrity per Google security standards.
• Disassemble equipment reaching end-of-life for replacement in a team setting.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on servers, machines, or infrastructure.
