Job summary

You will work with networks, routers, hubs, and switches, leading small project teams on installations while developing contingency plans.

Qualifications

• Must have work experience diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required; Google IT Support Certificate preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lb (23 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to work non-standard hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and on shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or functions.
• Report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose straightforward issues with equipment or infrastructure.
• Maintain data security and integrity, ensure proper data erasure per policy.
• Disassemble end-of-life equipment in a team setting for replacement or maintenance.
• Repair, fix, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and servers.
