Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support by troubleshooting incidents.
• Operate and monitor Windows Server and Linux-based systems.
• Monitor production environment and escalate major issues when needed.
• Use incident ticketing systems to report and document issues.
• Communicate for escalation on major issues and events.
• Assist on troubleshooting conference calls and report status.
