Job summary

You will learn and progress into a Data Center Technician role, using scripts and procedures to run day-to-day operations and generate system status reports for lottery applications.

Qualifications

• Basic Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Ability to obtain regulatory gaming cards and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Windows Server and Linux based systems using established procedures.
• Monitor production systems and report problems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents.
• Use incident management systems to document issues and perform escalations.
