Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• At least 1 year in computer networking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair server hardware.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
