Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the ACE Technical Sales - Data Center program in Milwaukee, WI (and York, PA). The 18-month development track will train graduates for in-demand Data Center sales roles within the Global Data Center Solutions unit.

Starting in Milwaukee, the cohort shifts to a permanent base (Milwaukee or York) after six months. This hybrid position offers training, travel, and a clear career path in enterprise data center solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Business, Mechanical or Computer Engineering highly preferred.
• Technical sales internship experience or Data Center industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Center sales teams with inside sales activities.
• Coordinate customer RFIs and RFPs; assist with CRM opportunity pipeline management.
• Lead product presentations as Subject Matter Expert to customers.
• Travel to facilities and customer locations for training and shadowing (quarterly).
• Relocate to Milwaukee WI or York PA after six months as program progresses.
