Serverfarm is seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring for Data Center Technicians, Engineers, Managers, and Chief Engineers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for data center roles (Technicians, Engineers, Managers, Chief Engineers).
• Strong understanding of data center operations and shift-based staffing models.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume data center roles, from intake through offer and start date.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations leadership to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with data center experience across various roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain ATS records (ideally Lever) and manage interview coordination and offers.
• Ensure strong candidate experience with speed, quality, and compliance.
