Job summary

SECCA Search Group is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter – Data Centers to build and manage a full-desk recruiting practice focused on professionals supporting data center construction, operations, electrical systems, and power infrastructure. The role involves developing client relationships, generating search opportunities, and managing assignments from intake through placement.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States with autonomy and leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in an agency or executive search environment.
• Direct recruiting experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or related infrastructure.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Experience managing searches from intake to placement.
• Strong track record sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience communicating with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-desk recruiting lifecycle from business development to placement.
• Build relationships with data center developers, owners, operators, contractors, and suppliers.
• Help establish and grow SECCA’s data center practice with targeted clients and talent segments.
• Lead searches for technical, operational, construction, and leadership roles across data centers.
• Identify and engage passive candidates in specialized markets for long-term relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop search strategies.
• Map target companies, active projects, and talent movement in the market.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of clients, searches, and candidates.
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation, and industry developments.
• Consistently achieve placement and revenue goals through effective execution.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and recruiting platforms.
