Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technology Advisor to support client-facing technology strategy for the Data Center vertical within the WPM Client Growth Organization. This developmental role will be mentored by senior leaders to build foundational expertise in DCIM, CMMS, BMS/NOC platforms and to support growth strategy, customer sentiment, and operational issue resolution.

Location is remote with Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX focus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related fields
• Knowledge of DCIM platforms and data center operations technology
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly materials
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to support meetings with stakeholders
• Eagerness to be mentored and grow into a client-facing advisory role

Responsibilities

• Support development of technology strategies across accounts (DCIM, CMMS, BMS/NOC)
• Research platform and competitive intelligence to inform advisory recommendations
• Identify whitespace opportunities and prepare materials for sales and account leadership
• Shadow and assist the Managing Director to build toward independent client engagement
• Track client sentiment signals and assist renewal, expansion, and RFP efforts
